Service Delivery Policy
Effective April 2026. This page explains the working terms that support a clear, responsible client relationship.
What counts as delivered
A project is delivered when it meets the agreed scope. Clients have 48 hours to flag technical issues. After approval or that review window, additional changes are billed at $150 per hour with a one-hour minimum.
Scope changes
We allocate time and resources once a project begins. Changes to the direction, service details, offer, or core structure after the brief is approved may require added fees. Significant rework caused by a new direction may be treated as a new project.
What we guarantee
We guarantee the technical quality of the work we deliver. Leads, sales, and revenue depend on offer quality, market conditions, traffic, and other factors outside our control.
Revisions
Packages include two rounds of minor adjustments during the build, such as font changes, image swaps, or small copy edits. Structural, offer, layout, or funnel-logic changes are outside a standard revision and are quoted separately. Changes requested after delivery are handled as a separate service.
If a project stalls
A project paused for more than seven calendar days while waiting on client input becomes dormant. A $250 reactivation fee applies; projects dormant for 30 days may be closed and prior fees are non-refundable.
Ownership and third-party costs
Finished assets live on client-owned accounts. Clients remain responsible for domains, hosting, software subscriptions, payment platforms, and other third-party costs. WebCentral is not responsible for access or data lost because a client-owned subscription lapses.
Who we work with
Our process works best when the offer and business direction are clear enough to build around.
